It’s the end of the year and I’m poop at posts

by Zoë B on December 28, 2013

First of all, I have a confession to make.

Have come to the conclusion I am not cut out for a post a week, never mind one everyday. The whole idea of ‘book blogging’ is you read, you review, read, review, read, review, jabber on about some book related topic then read and review.

However, I seem to be doing a lot of the reading and jabbering but evidently no reviewing. What is life?

I am a failure of a book blogger.

But please halt before you grab your nearest virtual shiny, pointed item and proceed to stab me to a horrid, bloody death. I am very sorry. I hope you forgive me even though I’ll never be a snazzy, up to date, able to remember to schedule or post-every-hour kind of blogger.

For those of you that don’t know, I’ve left school and am a self-employed full time musician and although that sounds like an incredibly lazy, easy job, I’m working very hard at the moment (as it’s just me) so my book blogging is just a hobby and therefor on the back burner. The idea is that there will be less posts but with better and awesome-er content plus more special as there aren’t many.

Is that okay? Will you still love me even when I’m not here all the time?

ON A SLIGHTLY HAPPIER NOTE

It’s coming to the end of 2013!!!!!!!

And what I want to know is, is there anything in 2013 you regret not doing, or even better, didn’t do this year so plan to do next?

For example, my regret would be not scheduling posts and other stuff enough. So next year, I will plan to be more organised with all aspects of life.

Go on, share your New Year’s Resolutions in comments. LETS GET READY TO PARTY!
